The Koller F.A.S.T. (Fully Adjustable Secure Tie-down) wheelchair restraint system has been developed to be user friendly, fast and safe - ready to meet and exceed the          demanding needs of operators.

Crash tested, it was designed for operation where time is of paramount importance.  The essence of the F.A.S.T. system lies in its ease of use and flexibility.  FAST-Action Tie-Down Retractors ensures each belt is fully adjustable in length to suit a wide variety of wheelchairs and situations.  Rail Clip fittings secure the system in compatible rail.  Webbing is simply extended to the required length and the fitting attached to the wheelchair.  The belts are self-tensioning and further tension can be achieved via the Dual knobs.  This prevents movement of the wheelchair while in transit.
