TAXI
The Koller Taxi Wheelchair Restraint is designed to secure wheelchairs in smaller vehicles (such as taxis), or where it is not desirable to fit rail. Two “blocks” bolted to the floor accept
removable front and rear straps.

The Restraint’s front and rear tie-down straps are attached to stainless steel rings (creating a “V” shape) enabling easy fitting or removal from the floor “blocks”.

Front straps are fixed in length, while rear straps are adjustable.  Over-centre buckles on the rear straps also tension the system, providing secure wheelchair anchorage in the event of an impact.  Sideways movement of the wheelchair during transit is also prevented, thus aiding occupant safety, comfort and peace of mind.  Heavy-duty webbing is used throughout for strength and durability, with “closed-end” fittings used for safety.
