VFS RAIL - Patent Number 2 387 151
Koller VFS (Vehicle Floor Strengthening) Rail is used in conjunction with Koller Low Profile Rail to produce a floor system where safety is of paramount importance.   
 
Manufactured from a lightweight, high strength aluminium alloy, it has been proven to increase vehicle floor rigidity through testing to the latest stringent standards.  Testing has been VCA witnessed to M2 and M1 in-vehicle using Koller removable seat fixings and various seats.  It is the
route to a fully tested floor using tried and tested fitting methods.
 
Its inherent flexibility and strength makes it ideal for third parties to carry out their own testing, thus making it possible to achieve a unique vehicle in the market.

  • Successfully tested to ECE 14.05 and EEC/76/115 as amended by 96/38/EC for M1 and M2
  • Cost effective fitting using conventional methods 
  • Can be supplied to exact customer specification with ALL holes pre-drilled and tapped
  • Reduces floor unevenness, resulting in easier operation of removable seats
  • Low Profile Rail can be fitted near the end of the conversion, thus reducing the risk of damage
  • VFS Rail is pre-tapped M8 every 4” (101.6mm) to accept corresponding Low Profile Rail
