Low Profile Rail


Recessed into the floor, Koller Low Profile Rail is a safe but simple way to change a vehicle’s seating / wheelchair layout, while also providing a professional, unobtrusive finish.
  

Seat fixings and wheelchair / occupant restraints locate into holes in the top of the rail and can be “locked” at 25.4mm (1”) intervals, giving a large degree of positional flexibility, without the need for any tools. Manufactured from a lightweight, high-strength aluminium alloy extrusion, Koller Low Profile rail can also be used in conjunction with Koller V.F.S. Rail to provide additional vehicle floor strength.
 

Koller Low Profile Rail is used extensively in testing of removable seat fixings and wheelchair / wheelchair occupant restraints.
 

Supplied in three standard lengths, Koller Low Profile Rail is complemented by an End Cap to provide a neat finish to the ends.

  • Successfully tested to ECE 14.05 and EEC76/115 as amended by 96/38/EC for M1 and M2 for single seats installed in-vehicle
  • Successfully tested to ECE 14.05 and EEC/76/115 as amended by 96/38/EC for M1 loading on single seats and M2 loading on double seats on a "test platform"
  • Successfully “crash” tested to ISO 10542 and ISO 7176 for wheelchairs up to 140kg
  • Compatible with Koller Wheelchair / Occupant Restraints and Seat Fixings
