Koller Bring their Latest Innovations to the London Strategic CT Forum Conference

Published: 15th March 2019

With an increased portfolio, including a new lift barrier, Koller is preparing to exhibit its innovative products to visitors of The London Strategic Community Transport (CT) Forum Annual Conference, Bognor Regis from 20-21 March 2019.

Showcasing at the event will be FALL STOP. With the global wheelchair lift market set to increase significantly in the coming years, Koller has designed and engineered a new safety barrier created especially for accessible vehicle lifts.

“An increased number of vehicle lifts means increased potential for accidents,” explained Dean Koller, Director of Koller Engineering. “It is very easy for a wheelchair to roll off a lift, or for an attendant to step back just that little bit too far. With this in mind, our design experts created a very strong, yet light-weight barrier called FALL STOP. It is very easy to fit and can be stored away without fuss. We hope this will give our customers even more choice when it comes to implementing equipment that reinforces safe accessible travel.”

FALL STOP will be on display at the conference, along with many items from the extensive portfolio, including the Koller EXCEL 120 Combined, the first restraint of its type on the market. It is a durable space-saving restraint crash-tested for wheelchairs up to 120 kg plus a passenger.

To meet with the team and see first-hand why Koller is a leader in its field, visit them at The London Strategic Community Transport (CT) Forum Annual Conference, Bognor Regis from 20-21 March 2019.
