Koller Encourages Young Engineers of the Future

Koller is investing in its future of skilled workers with the announcement of a new apprenticeship for Aaron Martin.

Aaron will join Koller on an apprenticeship scheme to train to become an advanced manufacturing engineer where he will be involved in highly skilled, complex precision work machining components using a range of equipment from CNC lathe to milling machines.

The four year apprenticeship will see Aaron gain a Diploma in a number of disciplines including Level 3 in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and a Level 3 Diploma in Machining.


Dean Koller, company director said: “Koller is expanding and to meet this growth it is important to increase our skilled workforce. Aaron shows the enthusiasm and aptitude to take this apprenticeship and run with it, making it not only beneficial to himself, but also for Koller.


“We view his appointment as a sign of our commitment to being a leading company in our industry. Our new innovations and the increasing demand from our customers led us to look for an addition to our team of skilled engineers.”
