COVID-19 Update 8 June 2020

Published: 4th June 2020

In response to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in the UK, Koller would like to share its current response with our valued customers. Please be assured we continue to monitor and follow Government advice on a daily basis.

In the last couple of weeks we have safely brought back some team members across an array of departments including engineering and assembly. As time goes on, and in accordance with Government guidelines, we intend to gradually increase our workforce to full capacity.

With our staff and their families the number one priority, strict safety measures have been implemented, and continue to be enhanced to ensure we have a safe working environment. This includes elements such as: increased cleaning, social distancing measures and a variety of cleaning products and PPE available to all such as hand sanitiser, masks and gloves. Additionally, we have implemented remote working where possible to reduce the number of people in the facility at any one time.

Although production of our wheelchair accessible vehicle products has started at reduced level, with priorities for existing orders, we will gradually increase manufacturing over the coming months before full production is resumed. We are also now taking new orders and our sales team is available via email or telephone and will be happy to offer advice or help.

While it is difficult to predict the impact and longevity of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue to communicate with our customers as the situation evolves.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this unusual time and we hope you stay safe and well.

Koller Engineering
